Rates are in effect until approximately 30 days prior to the event (providing rooms are available), after which time we will continue to accept reservations at the prevailing rack rates, subject to their availability. Early booking is advised to ensure choice of hotels and special rates. Do not contact hotels directly, as higher rates will apply and EXPO TRAVEL cannot do rate adjustments to reservations booked direct. A credit card is required to confirm a reservation.

Airlines

Special arrangements have been made with CONTINENTAL AIRLINES for travel from

JetBlue: Travel Outbound between January 7 and January 9 and Return between January 11 and January 12 and receive 5% discount on flights to Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida.

Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria. Miami International Airport (MIA) is the most convenient link to air travel to Miami Beach. It is located approximately 15 miles west of Miami Beach. Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area in the lower level at the airport. Super Shuttle service is also available to Miami Beach hotels.

BUS:
The South Beach Local Circulator Bus makes frequent stops in and around the South Beach area. The Miami Beach Convention Center is situated near the Jackie Gleason Theater. There is no rail service to the Convention Center.

PARKING and DIRECTIONS:
Parking for all vehicles is available at the municipal lot on Convention Center Drive (“Preferred Lot”), as well as at a parking garage located on 17th Street, one block from the Miami Beach Convention Center.
