Registration Registration Process Fill out the pre-registration form which can be done online. All registrations are non-refundable. All pre-registration forms must be paid in full. Seminars are free of charge with admission registration. Fees apply for Symposia. Children under the age of 18 are free when accompanied by an adult and do not need to register. Promo Code (if applicable)            Upon successful completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation with barcode. Please print the confirmation page and bring it to the show with you. Pre-Registration Scanners will be available in the Registration Lobby to print your Visitor Badge. Please note that your badge will not be mailed. Only registrations containing an email address will be sent a Pre-Registration Confirmation. The emailed Confirmations include an Easy Access Barcode for you to print and bring with you to the Convention Center to avoid delays in picking up your visitor badge. If you do not have an email address, you can still pre-register but you will not receive a confirmation notice. To view and print the form(s), you need a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader.
