*All booths must be set up on Thursday. Set up is NOT permitted on Friday. Straight time labor ends at 4:30pm. Overtime rates prevail after 4:30pm.
**Continential Breakfast is available to all exhibitors in the Supplier Section of the Show Floor from 9:30am - 10:30am on show dates.
***Show closes at 5:00pm. Breakdown starts on Sunday at 5:00pm. Any exhibitor breaking down their display prior to 5:00pm on Sunday will be charged a $500 penalty
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the show floor at any time during exhibitor move in or exhibitor move out. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under the age of 18 are only permitted on the show floor during show days and must be with an adult at all times. All children under the age of 18 must leave the show floor at 5pm on Sunday once the show closes. They cannot stay on the show floor during breakdown/move out.

All FES Exhibitors are invited to a Cocktail Reception on Friday, January 9th after the show closes. Detailed information will be available soon.
